Nirvana Within Women's Retreat

NIRVANA WITHIN- a retreat designed to give women a chance to come together to build a community of sisterhood, as well as relish in some well-deserved "me time". Located on a beautiful 100-acre farm in south central TN, there is plenty of room to bask in nature while enjoying guided meditation, yoga, workshops, and nature walks. There is an onsite facility for meeting and dining, a shower house, and a large outdoor stage for gathering, along with plenty of shaded sites for camping in nature. Amazing healthy meals provided and prepared for our "crowded table" dining together, designed to foster friendships and build connections that last!
